Liquid foods

Liquid foods bring together juices and concentrates, syrups and extracts, sauces, flavourings, bases and other liquid food ingredients for industry and retail.

The requirement they share is food contact: everything touching the product must be suitable for that use and of known provenance, a condition for the shipper to ensure. They are also sensitive to temperature and light, factors that cause crystallisation, phase separation or loss of aroma without changing volume or weight.
